(IPA) was founded in 2003 by women entrepreneurs to develop the mathematical and brain skills of young children using the magic tool—abacus. Over the past 18 years, IPA has expanded across several states in India and abroad, offering abacus maths and abacus mathematics programs. With over 1400+ centers across India and more than 3,00,000+ students, IPA is a trusted name in abacus education. Mrs. Shaarada K.Sriram
MANAGING DIRECTOR
A qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, she is the Managing Director of Ideal Play Abacus India Pvt Ltd. Academically, she ranked All India 10th in Chartered Accountancy, was a gold medalist in ICWA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India), and earned a gold medal in her Bachelor’s degree (B.Com). She also secured State 2nd position in the 12th Standard School Leaving Exam. Additionally, she was named the Best Outgoing Student of Stella Maris College and represented India at the Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony in New Zealand.
She began her career as a Funds Manager at Unit Trust of India and ventured into the abacus business 16 years ago. With her expertise in business affairs and deep knowledge of the abacus education sector, she successfully leads the company, providing quality abacus maths and abacus mastermind programs across India and beyond.

WHAT WE DO
Ideal Play Abacus offers a unique two-tier program:
- Elementary program for children aged 4-6.
- Regular program for children aged 7-12.
We also conduct state-level and national-level competitions, where distinguished guests like Ms. Kanimozhi (MP) and Mr. G.K. Vasan (Union Minister) have motivated our students. Our programs focus on building strong abacus maths and mental skills for young learners.
